We’ve been coming here for years and as a person who loves hibachi (teppanyaki in Japan), this place has been a favorite of my family since our kids were small. The chicken had such a good color and flavor and Plenty of rice. The other thing I really like about this place if the new folks the Pacific Northwest who've not tried teriyaki, this is exactly how it used to be 20+ years ago. I wish I would not have gotten caught up in all the hype of new places and more places like this survived the last decade.
