I heard there was a taco truck in town that I haven't tried yet, so I made a trip. I'm glad I did. My go-to is a carne asada burrito with everything on it, so I got that. Firstly the thing was huge! It was also very tasty, might be my new favorite in the area. I judge a taco truck by its green hot sauce, and it didn't disappoint. Look forward to coming back and trying the pastor and some tacos.Parking: Parking in silverton is like a quarter for an hour
Really good, authentic Mexican food. I purchased an Asada burrito and 2 tacos. Loved the grilled onions and cactus that was on the tacos. I had never eaten cactus before and it was really good. The burrito was a meal in itself. Awesome! Prices are reasonable and competitive. Fast, friendly service.
