“Hands down the best classic pizzeria in Sisters. This is exactly the kind of pizza you want to nosh on after a little league game.
Don’t listen to the reviews griping about price, it’s not any more expensive than the other pizza places in Central Oregon, and the quality of their pies are damn near what you might expect in NYC. Crust is flavorful and chewy, sauce is tomato forward and balanced, and the ratio of cheese, toppings, and sauce is perfect.
14” pie is just enough for two adults, and costs less than getting two personal pies from Boone Dog (also phenomenal but a very different style of pizza) so I’d call that a good deal!“

“The bistro is located on the lake and is absolutely beautiful! Service was good and the coffee was good. I had a Huckleberry lemon scone. I asked to have the scone heated and they said they're not as good heated. I was disappointed with the lack of flavor. I think it would have been better heated“
