About La Estancia Taqueria

La Estancia Taqueria is a hidden gem serving delicious and affordable Mexican cuisine. The service is amazing, with a short wait time, and the food is always fresh, hot, and flavorful. Customers praise the juicy and flavorful meat in the tacos, which are cooked on a flattop to ensure proper preparation. The tacos are served hot and juicy, with soft corn tortillas that are just right—not too thin. The restaurant offers a variety of meals, including carnitas taco plates with tasty salsas, and provides thoughtful touches like napkins, a buzzer for waiting in the car, and treats such as dum dum lollipops. They also serve a 16 oz Mexican coke, which is appreciated by guests. The owners are friendly and go the extra mile to make the experience enjoyable. The quesabirria was one of the best dishes ever had, and the green sauce is amazing. The asada fries were so good, and the price is actually great, especially considering inflation. The food was really good, and the customer service was great. There is a seating area to enjoy the food. Overall, La Estancia Taqueria is a great place to enjoy flavorful tacos and sides, with plenty of parking and a welcoming atmosphere.

We saw the good reviews so we stopped and got two burritos. We ate our food and ordered two more for the road. Probably the best asada I’ve ever had and my wife had a vegetarian burrito and said hers was amazing. Highly recommended

These were the best birria tacos I've ever had! The meat was incredibly flavorful, and every bite was delicious. The service was friendly, making the experience even better. I highly recommend giving this place a try—I know I'll be back to work my way through the rest of the menu!

Don't judge me. I had tacos, one asada, the other carnitas. Best I've had in the PNW.
