I find it to be horrible they no longer have customer service. I am forced to order at a kiosk even if I am paying cash. Only to be ignored by the person at the counter because she was chatting with someone she knew. Someone from back in the kitchen to take my money. The lady at the counter never missed a beat talking to whom ever. I got my meal and ate inside. Upon my leaving g the counter gal was still talking to the same person. Customer service at it's lowest
I DO NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE DUE TO THE FACT I ASKED FOR CRISPY NACHO FRIES AND THEY WERE WARM AND YUCKY. AND I ASKED THE GUY AT THE WINDOW, I WENT THROUGH DRIVE THROUGH THAT I WANTED THE FRESH ONES DROPPED FRESH FOR ME. BUT HE GAVE ME ATTITUDE SO I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT TACO BELL LOCATION ANYMORE
