The Pot stickers were cooked perfectly with a nice crunchy outer shell and soft tasteful interior. The Pho was outstanding with the right amount of condiments. I got there just after 5 pm and it filled up quickly.A definite must do!
I went here with work colleagues to welcome a new team member. They accommodated our party of 8 (we had a reservation, I believe). As a vegetarian, getting pho is hit or miss; some restaurants prepare all pho with bone broth, even the veggie kind. Here, they have a veggie broth available...and it's delicious! I was surprised at how flavorful it is. I tend to add soy sauce to pho, but didn't even feel the need in this case. The food here is just awesome. Huge too, always lots of leftovers. We like to pay the extra for the splitting of a large pho, and get appetizers or another entree. That's also a great lunch the next day for both of us. We're big fans, we have eaten here at least 10 times. One thing that's odd is it seems we never have the same server twice, but always get terrific service. There's a lot of things on the menu we've not tried, but only because our usual order is so fantastic.
