It's a BYOB kind of thing: Build Your Own Bowl! The ingredients bar was kept full and fresh; being refilled as we were getting started. The grill was being cleaned as we approached, all fresh for us. There is definitely an art to packing your bowl. I like to put the spinach in first, for example, because other ingredients will weigh it down, but if you try to put it in top it will be inclined to fall off the ever growing mound. This review may be a bit easy, mostly because all of these have closed in my home town, so when I see one in my travels, I jump on it.This is a fairly small location, which resonates for the entire visit. The drink choices are the usual limited sodas. The bar to pick up the ingredients isn’t very long which limits what they have.
