The only thing good about this restaurant is the food. You can't dine in, so you have to order ahead. They say 20 minutes; what they really mean is an hour. When I mentioned to the children (at a guess, they are somewhere between 16-and 19 years old) behind the counter that telling someone 20 minutes and making them stand around for another 30-40 minutes to get their food is not good customer service, they argued with me, telling me it was really fine to do that.
