I finally got a chance to visit the Cottage Bakery & Cafe. I came in with my teens. We tried a variety of treats and food. Everything was delicious and fresh. Biscuits and gravy were delectable, and they let you get a half order for smaller appetites. Staff and owner, Debbie, we’re super friendly. So affordable that we can come back often. And we will! What a wonderful addition to Sublimity.

Cottage Bakery & Cafe offers fresh baked goods and a relaxed atmosphere. Many pastries look like a good choice, including pecan rolls, raspberry crumble bar, chocolate ganache raspberry bar, mixed berry scone (GF option), orange and berry scone, and sausage and veggie soup. The rice cup of soup was amazing, and the ham & cheese sandwich was thin deli ham and was priced high. Coffee is great, and service was great, they even bring your coffee to the table. The cafe is beautiful and clean, with no loud music, making it easy to chat. Customers describe the food as absolutely delicious, great pecan rolls, raspberry coffee cake, soft and buttery, not too sweet, and well balanced. It is a quiet, lovely place to stop for lunch or a sweet treat.
