I go here now and again. Tonight, I had an odd situation. Well what I thought was.
I ordered a Heath Cupfection. I asked for the brownie on the side since I have about a 15 minute drive home and I don’t want it soggy. The kid on the drive thru said he couldn’t do that. I asked why? And he said they didn’t have a container and that I wouldn’t get any extra ice cream. I didn’t want extra ice cream. I said ok and pulled up.

omg...mess up our order for 2 blizzards waited a long while..they never called our name..we got them very very soft no upside down test. I got home called talked to a manager she said we can try again some other time took my name. so 2 weeks later I go in...get some young kid with a bad attitude he looks up my name tells me I have one small blizzard coming to you....when I ordered two...the worst service I have ever seen in a dairy queen...
