When ppl do walk in... tell them it's a 45 min wait before I order!! Some ppl have places to be and telling customers after paying is bad customer service!!!
When our order was delivered we discovered we had been given the wrong pizzas. The right pizzas were at our door in 20 minutes AND they let us have the ones originally delivered. Above and beyond!
