Pizza was ok, but don't bother with cash over 20, and whatever you do, don't ask to use the bathroom. They will emphatically and with snarly attitude tell you they are for employees only. I'll probably never stop here again.

The worst pizzeria I've ever been to. I made an order at the checkout, paid for it in full, and was told to wait 25-30 minutes. As a result, I waited for more than an hour, during which time I went to the checkout twice to ask about my order, to which I was told that everything was being prepared. The third time I was told that my order was not there and no one had made it, so I asked to cancel the order and get my money back, because I simply did not have time anymore. They just said okay and went to other customers. When I asked for a receipt or confirmation of the cancellation of my order, I was simply refused and told that they would not give me anything, and when I asked to call the manager, I was told in a rude manner that he did not have time for me. As a result, I received neither my order nor my money. Spoiled mood, spoiled day and hungry I had to continue my trip! In addition, the sofas inside are sticky and dirty, and there is a disassembled bicycle and TV next to the tables in the hall. Just a terrible place!

Absolutely unacceptable service.
I placed an order with Domino’s and waited over an hour — only to find out they LOST my order. Not only did they fail to deliver, but they also refused to refund me. I paid for food I never received.

How is that even legal? No apology, no accountability — just pure negligence.

This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I’ll never order from Domino’s again, and I strongly advise others to stay away. Your time, money, and hunger deserve better.

We waited over an hour for our order. When we finally went to the store to ask what happened, they said their system showed the order had already been picked up — even though we never got it. They refused to give us a receipt or any proof, and in the end told us they couldn’t give us the order at all.

On top of that, the dine-in area was a mess — there was a disassembled bicycle and parts lying all over the place. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Worst experience we’ve ever had at a Domino’s.

The staff here are awesome. We were traveling to Portland from Boise and I had preordered in the app but when we arrived it hit me that the time zone change had occurred and we would have to wait an hour before the order was submitted. I went in the store and the employees were able to move the up and within 15min we had our pizza and were on our way. I also forgot to ask for the large pizza be cut into 12th in the app and they readily accommodated my request at the counter, and the pizza tasted great. Bravo Dalles.

Friday night it’s busy, I get that no problem. But when the order said it was ready on the app, I go In (curbside order) I ask about my order I get told it’s not ready yet still coming out. Little frustrated I just went back to my car to wait… they then sent someone else out to tell my it was still 2 orders behind, then that someone would come out to speak to me. So the Manager comes out and tries to tell me to follow the app -.-‘ then tries to tell me how long I was sitting there. The order said ready 16 mins ago, that doesn’t mean I’ve been there waiting for only 16 mins. I know what time I saw when I clicked “ I’m here “ other wise food and everyone else was great. Not very professional for a manager to try to tell the customer what it was.
