Horrible service called after order was 1 hour plus late. At That time I was informed that there were allot of orders in Front of mine but it was heading out now. Another 30-40 minutes before the cold food was finally delivered. will not be going back

This is my second time going to the dalles domino's and the same bad service, this time they were very busy but the board said my order was ready for pick up I ask an employee to check they said they did not see it and walked away without any time frame when it would be done , when I came into the store there were like 12 people waiting for there orders , then they started calling names down the list of people whose orders were in the red so after waiting about 25 minutes i told an employee to cancel my order and walked out , the least domino's could do is having a couple of employees at the front counter doing customer service, it will be a long time before I go back. I’m not someone who makes reviews but we were very disappointed with the service we were given. We ordered 2 pizzas for a car side pickup and after about 20 min we drove to dominos. We waited another 34 ish min in the car outside dominos waiting for our order with our 2 year old in the car. We chose to do car side because we all have Covid. After waiting the 34 min and realizing the app says the pizza isn’t even in the oven and about 10-12 different people have picked up their pizzas, we decided to go inside. When we got in I politely told them I’m here to pick up a pizza and we were told “we are still working on it” mind you their current average wait at the time was 20 min, and our ticket was furthest to the left possibly suggesting we had the oldest ticket. I then calmly while holding my child that we have been waiting an hour (As that’s the total time since the order “started”). The manager (I assume she was) said “Sorry sir but we’re obviously pretty busy right now, your order will be ready soon.” I then gave her a thumbs up and said “thank you, we’ll be in the car.” Maybe a few seconds after getting in the car the pizza was put in the oven and a few minutes after that the order read finished and the timer that usually pops up when the order is ready to determine if you get a free pizza was immediately turned off as if they gave us the pizza when they hadn’t yet. And another 5 minutes go by before we actually get handed the pizza. A total of around an hour and 10 minutes likely because we chose to get car side instead of regular pickup. I get why they wouldn’t like car side but ALL customers should be treated the same regardless of how they choose to get their pizza and if they mess up like this we should be treated with respect and at least be given the opportunity of getting the free pizza. The pizza it self was fine but they cut it horribly. I shouldn’t have to cut my own pizza at home because you didn’t feel like it or your upset I got car side and had the nerve to ask for our food.

The Dalles Oregon, Domino's. The pizza I ordered yesterday was horrible, it did not look or taste fresh, looked like it was cooked the day before and reheated, so disappointed. I guess he wings and twists were what cost $38 and some change. Not going to spend anymore money there, so damn disappointed.
I've given you guys chance after chance and dealt with not only incorrect orders but attitude from your workers. I don't appreciate being ripped off two nights in a row. We're done here. Btw, I used to work for Domino's.....I know exactly how the food should be made, and this isn't it. Employees taking attitudes out on customers who don't deserve it, through their food, isn't acceptable either. I'll take my money elsewhere since that seems to be the only thing you will understand.

The Dalles dominos is failing the brand name, it’s managers like the one that is in there, there is always opportunity to be a better person with in a company. I can almost guarantee that Dominos upper management has never wanted hostile and defensive manager like the one I encountered. I have been in fast food and restaurant business for 10+ years n have managed many stores, I understand the pressure for sure, but come on , do better. I hate too see a company as yourselves lose business cause they have no respect for customers that pay their wages. Dominos I love you n I wanna tell everybody that Madras Oregon , thanks for being wonderful to are small town. You all are very kind . Keep shining. I went there with the little league coupon card little leaguers sell, it was a 18.99 bundle and at first the employee told me I couldn’t have the two liter with the bundle, so I questioned her why, she said it wasn’t part of their promotion anymore. I have one year I can use this deal, anyway she also charged me 19.99 instead of 18.99. Like really . It’s like there milking customers cause of poor training.

2 items for $6.99 coupon isn’t honored. It’s literally an online deal. They want $6.99 for a pizza & $8.99 for the wings totaling $16 instead of $14. It’s probably due to a greedy franchise owner. I couldn’t tell you how the food tastes because we never got to that point.
