So yummy! Family visiting from OOT so we all went to Smoke Wring and tried many of the delicious dishes on the menu. Cowboy Parfait was excellent, meat tender and flavors bursting in your mouth. The cowboy chef salad was refreshing and very filling-enough for two person easily. Ribs were fall off the bone tender with great smoke flavor dipped in the spicy honey BBQ sauce became lip smackin' good, definitely well worth the drive from Hood River and will be returning again and again....read full review
First I had an excellent quick meal on my way from Vancouver to Spokane. They already had my seal of approval even before they went way above and beyond the norm to let me know that I'd left my card behind (tsk). Really appreciated you looking out for me. And the pork sandwich was delish!

The family that owns & runs this cool food cart couldn't be nicer. We stopped in on a whim for some BBQ, but were pleasantly surprised to find a Veteran's Day Parade about to start right in front of their spot. They were the only cart open and I believe we were their first customers of the day. We had the brisket chili with cornbread, a cowboy parfait, and some mimosas.
