I wanted to add something to my order at the window but the employee at the window there seemed to handle it in a confusing and honestly rude way When I suggested she take a breath, she seemed even more irritated, at one point, she even walked away mid-conversation, leaving the other girl to handle it When
Thankfully there was a young lady beside her who completely turned things around. I asked her for her name and she said it was Ellie. She was understanding, handled my order efficiently, and even offered me a free drink to apologize for the inconvenience Her customer service is the only reason I’ll be back. It’s a relief to know that people like her care about customers, especially when some others clearly don’t

Absolutely love Dutch Bros and the people that work there! 😃 My favorites are the rebels, frozen lemonades, and the shakes n' smoothies. Notice how I didn't say coffee, because unfortunately I don't like coffee, but their drinks are so good they honestly make me like coffee a little, so that says something! But unfortunately I haven't gone back there in so, so long because of the line. I'll look at it in the morning, and already there's a line of people getting their coffee. I'll look at it in the afternoon, and there's a line of people getting their drinks on their lunch breaks. I'll look at it in the evening at there's still a line of people there! There really is no way of getting around it. I usually would park and would walk up to the window, but I just find it cringy having to walk in front of the people in their vehicles waiting in line before me. And the prices there have gone up, but what hasn't... Sometimes I'll treat myself and sometimes I'll say I can't due to how spendy it can be. But there's really no way of getting around that either unless you download their app and get their coupons. Which unfortunately with that my phone storage is full. There are so many apps out there now that you have to download on your phones to get coupons and such, it's ridiculous. I can't keep up, and neither can my phone. But with all that being said, I would still recommend Dutch. 👌✌️👍🫶
