The service was very slow, but the most offensive thing was that we came here for a business meeting and before we were halfway through a rude employee announced at 12:22 pm that they would be closing in eight minutes due to lack of staff. Thanks. This won’t happen again. Change to take out only if you can’t keep help.We stood in the parking space out front for a few minutes trying to wrap up our meeting. Numerous people drove up only to find the place closed. On Two For One Day, it turns out. One of them actually suggested you close this store if this is the best you can do.

I just stopped here for my usual bfast and was told that my coffee and croissant went up by $1! This is a huge increase. I asked the girl at the window about it and she said" I don't make the prices. I don't know " . Seemed pretty rude. Sorry Starbucks but you have priced me out. Won't be getting Starbucks any

This used to be a really nice, comfortable, and inviting place. Since the recent remodel, it's now cold, harsh, and uninviting. I would go so far as to say it has an "aggressive" feel to it. When you walk in, it's clear that Starbucks no longer wants anyone lingering in the store.

I got a pumpkin spice latte, and 2 white chocolate mocha, all of them not sweet enough, so my wife went back inside to ask them for more syrup, they gave it to her, but an a rude way. We were visiting from Texas.

It’s true what everyone is saying about walk ins. The drive through cars will already be long gone before you get your drink. I counted 7 people working and only one on the register. I had paid but I left anyway without my order because I wanted no more of the experience. Sad because I want a nice Starbucks here in this town. Please get more people on the registers when it’s busy.
