Possibly the absolute worst Taco Bell I've ever been to that wasn't in the hood. Everyone that worked there was nice, but it's dirty, everything is out or out of order, and it seems like it's being managed into the dirt faster than a baby will eat it.

Old people don’t like change. Ordering on a Kiosk while the manager sits in the dining room. I had to ask for toilet paper in bathroom. It needing cleaning, water and mud or waste on floor tracked out into dining room. Lots of flies around inside. The food was good, though.

The staff who works there doesn’t really care about your food, they are consistently out of products such as food or bags or wrappers. Management was/is poor when i worked there. They will forget to put the food in your bag they also forget about the napkins and sauces. Another failure is the hygiene practices that some of the employees have such as washing dishes or keeping the food line clean. I could keep ranting but its not taco bell thats the problem, its the management, you can drive to biggs junction taco bell and they will serve you properly.

Worst Taco Bell i have been to. Super slow. Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes if you order inside. Plus, its dirty. And corporate is radio silence on this store. They will go e you no refunds nor an apology because they know how bad it is here

Honestly disgusting. We came as a family to get something to eat, the grilled cheese burrito I usually get was half the size it's supposed to be and not even cooked properly, when we brought it up to the workers they gave a ton of attitude and took the burrito from us; made a new one that still wasn't even cooked properly. The steak burrito we got also only had 2 tiny pieces of steak in it and when brought up and questioned how many is supposed to be in them we were met with an insane amount of attitude. The kitchen was nasty, garbage bins were overflowing and while we were eating they ran out of staple ingredients for any items like rice. They need a surprise food inspection. The owners need to step it up and come see what is going on here.

Honestly i’m very disgusted and disappointed with how our experience with taco bell went today. We placed our order inside and were waiting 45 minutes. 45 minutes for 2 tacos and a crunchwrap. 20+ people came in and got their orders no problem. We went up to the counter multiple times, tried getting someone’s attention but they all ignored us. The customer service here is genuinely the WORST i have ever seen. the “manager” even yelled “i’m not a real manager” when we tried more. Everyone was giving us dirty looks like I was being a karen. All i was trying to do was get my food. Then they proceed to refund us 11$ when our order was 37$… After that rude interaction it was another 10 minutes of waiting, waving, asking excuse me, and still nothing. I finally had to have a family member come in and after her having to practically lean over the table, they FINALLY came. even after that it took 5+ minute for a refund. And then the employees proceed to gossip and say horrible things about us and how we are causing a scene. Trust me I can cause a scene but I was very polite and understanding. That all went away when they showed it wasn’t an accident, they were purposely doing this malicious act. Please hire real humans who have customer service and can actually… work. Thank u!

I normally don't rate fast food but....This location was filthy, starting with doors and the tables. I realize that ordering on the kiosk is a thing now, but it's the first time I've been forced to. So impersonal, the employee did apologize for it. Really shouldn't have gotten any did there. The hash browns tasted sligjtly moldy.

The review isn’t really about the food it’s about the condition of the restaurant. This is probably the most nasty , disgusting taco bel I have ever been in. It wasn’t busy at all , one crew member was just standing behind the counter talking not even working and I look around there is 4 drinks on the table out in the sitting area , food all over the tables and floor , nothing had been cleaned at all. With her not working you would think she could be cleaning. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please do better

Not that I would ever expect much from any Taco Bell, but this one is genuinely THE WORST I have ever been to in my entire life. The tables are filthy, the floor is filthy, the windows are filthy, I wouldn't risk even checking how bad the bathroom must be. The service was terrible, they do not want your business. I'm truly disappointed in myself for even consuming the food from such a place, and I'm sure I will pay the price later. If you are on a road trip and trying to stop somewhere quick, do yourself a favor and go to the grocery outlet across the street instead.

Really gross. The tables were covered in garbage, food, or just hadn't been wiped down. Bathrooms were very dirty, handicap accessible bathroom was out of order. The garbage cans were over flowing with trash piled up on top. The worst of it was the kitchen... disgusting. I was extremely grossed out after I walked by and saw the state of the kitchen. I definitely would not recommend stopping at this taco bell. On top of the cleaniness issues our orders took over thirty minutes for two items and two drinks. While we waited, another customers order had been cleared and they had no idea.. but then they found it sitting on a shelf but nobody had called out her name. Just go to Taco Time instead.

If I could put zero I would , every employee was snotty and cussing at eachother . Talking badly about customers as we were in there . The place itself was trashed . Has to be the WORST experience I've ever had and I wish I would've gotten a picture of the kitchen , an inch thick of garbage and food on the ground .
