Not a bad place to grab some food. A little disappointed on the texture of the hard taco shells and lack of beef. However with lunch rush soon to come, some situations are understandable.

Worst taco bell i ever been to

I used to work for Taco Bell. I know it's not the most glamorous job. But, I didn't mind it. I took pride and had my team take pride in the food and we had fun. Tonight when I visited the Dalles location you could feel some kind of tension in the air. Everyone looked like they wanted to just walk out and not come back. The food was warm and not out together very well. The vegetables were kinda soggy. I wish I could say better about my experience tonight. I just cannot lie about what my experience was. That helps no one fix issues that might be happening.
Food is quick but sometimes don't always there. Definitely not how corporate would want their food to be served however I guess you could say good enough fast food is fast food!

Very poor customer service and ordering experience. never have I ever felt so ignored at a restaurant. FORCED to use a kiosk to order. Zero eye contact, zero verbal interaction. My large food order was dropped on the table I was waiting at with zero interaction from the employee. Employees preparing food showed palatable disdain for their job. Food was as expected but less that optimal, even from Taco Bell. Zero people coming and going as i waited collected their food and sat in the dining room. Each customer walked in, took their bag, and left. Is this Taco Bell 2024? The high point of this experience occurred an hour later bringing joy to my students with tacos from Taco Bell... the closest restaurant is 50 miles away. I use the term "restaurant " loosely as today's experience is more lije a get your food and get out environment.

Honestly I don’t know why I even bother coming here. I came through the drive through and ordered the #11 crispy chicken cantina taco meal. I basically received a crunchy taco meal. Please do better

Multiple times I have been here and they are always out of stuff, nacho fry sizes, certain drinks certain ingredients…SAUCE… and there have been a few times we pull up and they say we have to wait 20-30 minutes to order. Today we placed an order on the Taco Bell app and for an inside pick up. We went inside and they forced us to place our order through the drive through window.
