Asked for an item on the menu in a regular size, they told me they could only give me a small one and that I had to wait 45 minutes.
Came back 45 minutes later and they said it was still a 40 minute wait

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at a pretzel place.
Employees were very knowledgeable and kind while I ordered and let me know they had cheese dip which was excellent.
I never object taking my family to the mall because I know I get to go to get pretzel and pretzel dog.
(Ignore the one stars from folks who cant have a simple interaction at the mall like buying a pretzel without drama)

Every time I have gone to the mall I have had a good experience, except this time! I had stood in line about 3 times due to kids wanting water and what not. The male employee making pretzels tells me in a hostile tone” Do you just like standing in line watching us make pretzels “ I asked him if there was a limit on how many times I can come, he just responded well you been here a lot. We went back and fourth on some words. I was appalled he spoke to a customer in such manner

Overpriced food (a small wrapped hotdog is $5.49, a cup of pretzel bites (any) is $10, and a pretzel is $5; dip costs an additional $1.49 each) but tastes ok. Friendly service. Out of most of their items when I tried it.

$1.50 for sauce is crazy... You buy a pretzel and of course you want something to dip it in. Should come with dipping sauce or at the very least be reasonably priced.

Horrible service. I am sure they don’t care about reviews because they don’t care about customer service. My wife ordered a $150 worth of catering from this location and pre paid for it and when I went to pick it up the “manager” or owner simply said “sorry, we don’t have your order” he didn’t offer me anything at all and made zero effort to make something for my daughters birthday party. Wouldn’t or couldn’t refund me and said eventually we would get a refund when they see we didn’t pick up the order… the same “they” that didn’t get the order is going to refund us? I’ll believe it when I see it. Very frustrating to go through the process and pre-pay only to be treated that way.

Always great customer service though they tend to run out of the pretzel dogs which is sad. If they didn’t run out 30% of the time I arrived (evenings after work) I would give them 5 stars. I can’t get there any earlier — I have work and traffic. But, their pretzel dogs are my comfort food ❤️ and are sometimes the entire reason I go to the mall itself! ?
