We went to Cascadia for their Easter brunch, the first time Cascadia was doing this in a couple of years I was told. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with smiles and staff welcoming us, directing us where the brunch was taking place and seating us at our table. Serious kudos to the staff for their welcoming attitude. The brunch itself had excellent food with entire stations for appetizers, main courses, a carving station and of course dessert (see vid for the dessert station, yeh!). Added bonus points for photographers walking around taking pictures of people enjoying their meals with their families, the live music that was at the perfect volume to still enjoy conversations and the champagne/mimosas that were included in the price. We had a fantastic time and looking forward to making this an annual tradition.

We always enjoy this restaurant while we stay the night at Embassy Suites. We love the open environment, casual, yet classic. The service was amazing, from the bartender to our great server Maria! She was attentive and provided options when we couldn't make up our minds. I really LOVED the Chimichurri Rubbed Local Salmon! The lemon sauce was delicious. I also tasted the Charbroiled bone in 16oz Rib Eye and that was also wonderful. The flavor of the meat and potatoes were incredible.

First time in Tigard Oregon, here for an overnight work stay.I drove down, since it’s only 3 hours from Seattle.Leaving early to beat traffic, I arrived very early. The Awesome front desk person, found a room for me so I could check in early ?On top of that, I was able to enjoy the Delicious Breakfast, served 6:30-9:30 with an onsite omelette creating chef ???

Wonderful customer service, Juan and Chris were very friendly, and they provided some changes in the menu as we requested . T-bone ribeye was very tendered, a juicy, and covered with their special sauce was amazing ? ☆☆☆☆☆ Gia

Stopped in for dumpling week because their choice sounded delicious. It was a hotel restaurant, which wasn't immediately clear for us looking at the dumpling week website. The dumplings were bad, they tasted microwaved. There were only a few people in, but the service took a long time as well. I'd definitely pass on this place unless you're staying at the hotel and looking for convenience.

We dined here during an ice storm when our power was out. They were overwhelmed with people trying to eat and stay warm yet they kept smiles on their faces and managed to still put out good food and drinks. One start taken off for high prices, but that's typical for hotel bars.

Yikes. Don't order the Paella. I counted 17 bits of shell fragments I had to navigate back out of my mouth. The dish was small - too small for $28. I should have picked up on the couldn’t-be-bothered vibe from the waiter. After a long day of travel this poor experience capped what should have been a relaxing meal. Instead it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Unfortunately the food was mediocre at best. We ordered calamari that was over cooked. The wings were just ok. Also ordered the chowder that had no taste at all. Had the salmon as well little flavor and undercooked.. It had a nice bar area with lots of drink options unfortunately food was not good at all.

We were looking for a new place to go for Christmas, so we wouldn't have to cook and made last-minute reservations at Cascadia. The buffet was small, but everything was incredibly delicious and well done. The desserts were okay, but I wasn't there for that. Available: Caesar and House salads, rice pilaf, quinoa with veggies, blackberry salmon, beef stew, mushroom chicken, roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, two different rolls, petit fours, yule log, sugar cookies, and mixed fruit. Everything was fresh and we saw the trays being changed out several times while we were dining. We weren't rushed at all, though we DID have to ask for our check. We have been to Cascadia for regular meals, but we'll definitely be back for this special buffet.

Pretty laid back and mellow. The calamari was amazing. Fish tacos were Meh tastes very bland. the cocktails I got were good. Was able to order something off the menu which was awesome!!!! You're mostly paying for the luxury of not having to leave the hotel in order to eat. But in terms of price it's not worth it. Food is pretty mediocre. Drinks were the best part! For the cost of what I paid I could've stayed here another night at the hotel will definitely be back to get more drinks will probably pass on the food next time though

Nice ambiance, but our waitress couldn't be found to take our order, so we had to flag down someone after about 30 min to find her. She finally took our order, then after another 30 min or so, we had to go ask someone to help us again. After about an hour and a half, we finally got our food, which was okay, but honestly not worth the very long wait.

We stayed at the embassy years ago and it was much better when it had a koi pond and waterfall although they do have a free happy hour from 5:30 to 7:30 which is awesome. Unfortunately after my mother ordered their $50 ribeye steak and they served it burnt to a crisp. It tasted like absolute doodoo!!! The steak, potato's, and jus, was all burnt. After we asked the restaurant to fix it Kyle the server decided it was a good idea to give us attitude before asking his "manager what to do?". Luckily the manager was actually smart and fixed their mistake. The snooty bar tender also decided to jump in and voice their opinion which was as crappy as the taste of their overpriced steak. Don't come here unless you like to pay more for something less than mediocre.
