No line, no rush, not busy. A week ago we ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade and the worker lit up with excitement because it was a new “secret menu” item. Today we were told it didn’t exist. When we were handed a medium after I ordered a large, she walked behind the counter, poured it in a large and handed it back to me. Now I have an unblended, still medium syrup concentrated shitty drink that I paid $7 for.

Cinnabon is simply amazing. If their prices didn't continue going up, I would probably make this a more regular occurrence, but it's hard to justify spending $6.50 for a singular item that is 100% a luxury. The luxury is delicious and I'm sure it is well worth it. But like I said, definitely not something that becomes easily obtainable and or affordable regularly. This is meant to be a luxurious treat

Food safety and sanitation standards were created for a reason. Every single person who is going to be work8ng with food or moving through food prep areas should have to wear a hair net. 10" of hair explod8ng in every direction is disgusting and incredibly unsanitary.

Love how you can see the product being made and that everything smelled so so good. Unfortunately, my bank card had other plans and decided not to work, thus I was unable to go away with Cinnabon's The cashier was super friendly and looked like she was happy to be there !!
Kid-friendliness: It's a place that sell's sugary products. That's about a kid friendly as anything gets lol !!!

Food is great, but NOBODY knows how to include your iPhone app when ringing up a sale.I make it a point to visit Cinnabon every time I visit Washington Square. Not any more. Also deleting the app.
