Daily Nutrition Tigard

Tigard Daily Nutrition is a great spot for handmade drinks and shakes. Noah, the store manager/operator, has great values that extend into the business, such as a quality water filtration, clean environment, and consistent results. If I need a boost I can get an "elavated tea", basically a healthy energy drink with hundreds of possible flavor combinations. They have a huge selection, and offer high protien waffles that actually taste great! I reccomend this place to many and always enjoy coming in and walking out with my 40oz delicious boost.

I google maps smoothies in the area and this came up. First try and got the berry yum yum shake. It was delicious and filling. And Noah gave me an aloe shot to try as a new costumer! Will definitely come back in for another try! It’s definitely more of a protein shake and healthy tea place than regular fruit smoothies if that’s what you are craving.

Oh my God. Where do I begin with this review?
All I wanted was some fresh fruit blended together to get my daily dose of fruit enzymes etc. I googled FRESH FRUIT SMOOTHIE and this place came up. Sounded like a good time, OH LORD IT WAS NOT.

First, I walked in and was confused by the menus. They weren't clear as to the ingredients of the offerings. I asked him to please make me a smoothie with the most fruit possible because that was my goal.

I get charged $8.50 for a smoothie leaving $1.50 for tip because I was expecting a good experience. Whelp. He runs to the back to open containers of flavored fruit healthy powder. Then he makes a drink with ice found in a warm plastic tub on the counter not connected to anything to keep it cold. Then he squirts strawberry syrup all over the inside of the now hamburger pink colored product he was handing me.

So I literally left with a synthetic drink of unknown ingredients. It tasted like protein powder and garbage strawberry banana flavoring. I honestly don't think he put a single piece of fresh fruit in the damn thing. I was really upset that I'm now drinking unknown flavor powders I could have bought and drank at home as well as pure sugary strawberry syrup.

That was my only meal that morning and I proceeded to suffer gastrointestinal upset for the next 5 hours, followed by a splitting headache.

I've said enough, I hope, to prevent anyone else with a desire for fresh food nutrition from losing their money, time and health here.
