This was our first time here. The restaurant looked very clean. I didn't get the name of the lady taking our order, but she was really nice and helpful with helping us to decide. All 4 of us enjoyed the food here.
The katsu was super tender and moist and reminded me of katsu in Japan. If there's one thing I hate, its overcooked katsu, but theirs was cooked just right.
I got the unagi beef don. The unagi was thick and tasty, and it was a pretty good size piece. The one thing I didn't care for was the beef. Unfortunately, it lacked flavor even with the shichimi togarashi sprinkled on top. But because everyone loved their meals and everything else was tasty, I still have 5 stars. We'll most likely be back again.

I wanted to like this place but it was simply awful. I mean, how do you screw up a rice bowl so badly? They're was LETTUCE in the rice bowls, the rice was overcooked and congealed, the breading on the tempura was literally the worst I've ever had. The potstickers were decent. We won't be back. ☹️

Small little place. I appreciated the freshness of the food being nice and hot and crispy. That being said, I loved my chicken katsu, super Crispy. The sauce was decent, nothing special, but it felt like something was missing. I didn't care for the lettuce in the bowl. It got soggy quickly. The Crispy fried chicken was very bland, no seasoning or flavor, which was very disappointing, even the sauce wasn't any better. The plating was nice and simple, and it was easy to take home.

Came for lunch and tried the chicken katsu. Was hoping they’d have pork katsu on the menu, unfortunately did not. Nonetheless the chicken katsu was hot, fresh, and crispy! Sauce was nice and tangy. Not a ton of room inside and the vibe seems to be more of a quick bite to eat or takeout which was okay. Would definitely return to try more!

After hearing so many good things about Donburi, we knew we had to try it! The food is absolutely amazing, the music is perfect and the service was incredible. If you haven’t tried it yet, I can definitely say you are missing out!
