Definitely fresh food, prepared and cooked after ordering and not microwaved or nasty food you'd find in most places these days but thats why its so expensive. Id say thats the only thing is because it is fresh and its fish, its very expensive. Unfortunately, that makes it to where we couldnt afford to go very much. This is food id get if I wanted a great japanese food experience, eat raw fish thats exceptional, fresh and safe. Id trust this place to eat this type of food here cause of how its prepared and the people look serious here too. The young lady up front was sweet and the place has minimal seating but thats ok. You can also eat outside. Thank you for a good experience with raw fish, I absolutely enjoyed it.

Family tells me unagi and fish was wonderful, a bit pricey for the setting. I had the shrimp tempura, was ok, I would of liked a bit more of any sauce or more veggies. Was a lot of rice and not enough of the rest.

Just got back from Maui, had similar poke bowls at numerous restaurants there. Donburi Factory is as good and in most cases better than any of the restaurants my family and I ate in Maui. So happy to have Donburi here locally!

Super friendly spot in Beaverton! First time here and we will be back. We ordered the salmon poke and the spicy salmon don and it was SO good. Portions were big, and price was reasonable for the size. We also got a miso soup that had so much flavor. Can’t wait to come back

The food here is consistently well-prepared and flavorful. One dish I'd recommend eating is the fried chicken—it is sooo tender, and the seafood is very fresh! Not to mention the service here is so welcoming, friendly, and efficient! I really like this restaurant as a cozy place to eat out with your friends and family. I can even eat here while on a break because the food here is served fast!

Awesome food! The katsu is as good as everyone says, super light and crispy. Chirachi is generous and includes unagi, which you don’t often see. We’ll be back!
