Definitely fresh food, prepared and cooked after ordering and not microwaved or nasty food you'd find in most places these days but thats why its so expensive. Id say thats the only thing is because it is fresh and its fish, its very expensive. Unfortunately, that makes it to where we couldnt afford to go very much. This is food id get if I wanted a great japanese food experience, eat raw fish thats exceptional, fresh and safe. Id trust this place to eat this type of food...

Family tells me unagi and fish was wonderful, a bit pricey for the setting. I had the shrimp tempura, was ok, I would of liked a bit more of any sauce or more veggies. Was a lot of rice and not enough of the rest.

Just got back from Maui, had similar poke bowls at numerous restaurants there. Donburi Factory is as good and in most cases better than any of the restaurants my family and I ate in Maui. So happy to have Donburi here locally!
