As a Washington resident traveling to Portland often, I must say this is my all time favorite! The staff, atmosphere, location, and most importantly the amazing food is beyond 5 star! I will continue to come back and highly recommend the chicken katsu donburi it’s my favorite 🙂

Not greeted on entry. Very basic layout, clean but minimal layout, only one big table. Order at register. All food served in disposable paper or plastic (not bad just a heads up). Food came quickly. Poke Don was tasty and fresh; sauces nicely, ahi was a good quality. Good variety of drinks choices. Would go back but wasn't a date night place.

I had the beef bowl at Donburi Factory and it was seriously good! The beef was super tender and packed with flavor, and the sauce had the perfect sweet and savory balance. The rice was fresh and warm, making every bite comforting and satisfying. The portion was just right, and the service was fast and friendly. A great spot if you’re craving a tasty, Japanese meal. I go all the time and will be back!
