Once I knew they have Beyond Meat (Meatless/Vegan Meat) I went down to try a Beyond Torta since I had a long time since I eat one it was awesome!! My son ask for a Beyond Quesadilla too. We were so excited about it that they have a options for vegan/vegetarian eaters. Really nice owners great service.
Everything I tried here was super good. I don't understand the 1 star review about the food being unauthentic because from everything I tried it was the exact opposite. I tried the carnitas and chorizo tacos and they are a must to try! I will definitely be coming back for more!!

Las Rosas is a small Food Car, I had the opportunity to taste the asada quesadilla and it was delicious, the staff very attentive and gentle. I would go back again for more flavors. Recommended this small but delicious place
