“This was our second time at De Noche. The food was fantastic like I remembered. We sat at the kitchen counter the last time and I liked that better than the alcove we were put in this time. It's a small place and it felt a bit cramped. I'd recommend the counter for a more rich experience. Food was great. Service was mostly great...Miguel in particular.“

“FINALLY FOUND THE BEST STREET TACOS OF PORTLAND!!!!
Definitely going back and as this was my 1st trip, I'm going to encourage all my taco-fiends to go too! If you're thinking about it, STOP THINKING and just GO!!!! you'll not regret it.
The only con was the Horchata was a little bit too sweet and I had to split mine into 3 servings and add my own milk.“

“I returned to Comala and Wow! What a pleasant surprise.
Stopped in just to take a little edge off hunger, not a full meal. I ordered a “quesadilla” and a Pacifico. It looked and tasted nothing like any quesadilla I ever had. It had a thick delicious sauce smothering whatever was underneath the sauce. I could not tell you what the sauce was because I’ve never enjoyed anything like it.
The server told me that three things between the tortilla (or crepe or whatever) and the sauce were squash.
Texture and deliciousness off the charts. If someone had just served this to me, I would never have called it a quesadilla, just “Damn good.”
Comala is a hidden gem, one of those where you don't want to tell people to keep it your own. On the other hand, the people there are so nice, you want to support them.
Great atmosphere, excellent food and cocktails.“

“Their tofu dish with epasote (mushroom) is one of the most delicious Mexican dishes I've ever had, vegan or otherwise.“

“In order to beat Enchanted Sun's breakfast burritos you have to get a passport, either drive or fly roughly 1,200 miles south, and then cross the border. The *only* complaint I have about Enchanted Sun is that they don't have a brick and mortar shop. I would love to be able to get their burritos on a weekday!“

“Some of the best tacos I have had in this area. The queso-tacos de birria is a must try. Gracias por una cena maravillosa!“
