Sesame Donuts Tigard Plaza

I stopped by Sesame Donuts in Tigard and left really disappointed. I purchased 48 donuts but was charged for 49. On top of that, the last 13 donuts were charged individually instead of being included in the dozen pricing.

When I arrived, I specifically asked what the price was per dozen. The employee listed three different pricing tiers, but while she was helping me load the boxes — each with 12 donuts that we counted together — she never mentioned that certain “premium” donuts wouldn’t be included in the dozen price.

What doesn’t make sense is why she would fill boxes of 12, count them toward a dozen, and mix in those premium donuts among the regular ones if they weren’t actually going to be charged as part of the dozen. It was misleading and confusing — especially since the donuts were spread throughout four boxes of 12, not separated or labeled differently.

If certain donuts don’t qualify for the dozen discount, that should be stated clearly before loading them in as part of a dozen. Handling it this way feels unethical and shady. The donuts themselves are fine, but the experience left a bad taste. I won’t be returning.

Came right before closing to pick up our good to go box. Door was locked and even though I showed the employee my order she shrugged and continued to throw out all the remaining donuts in front of us. Money wasted, I will never go back here. There are plenty of other choices that aren’t rude.

The lady that took my order was pleasant. But when I came back in the morning to pick up my order. It was not right. Didn't receive the right donuts. Will not order thru then again.

The staff at this location are amazing. A lost child came in and was not able to communicate how to contact his parents. The staff did everything right to make sure that the child stayed safe and was reunited with his family. Thank you for all you did today.

My wife and I love these donuts. They have a great variety and their apple fritters are not to be missed.

The drink I had was expired and tasted really bad. I talked to them, but they didn't care.

Great donuts! I had a s’mores Bavarian cream. It was the best donut I’ve ever had.

The at first seemed to be very pleasant. When I asked her to change her glove her attitude towards changed. I pay for the items and handed her the money. My change and my items was not placed any where near me! I ended up walking out without the items that I paid for today. She made me feel unwelcome in this store and this was my first time ithere! Unfortunately that her customer service is awful. This place kept the donuts that paid for and the employee said nothing. My lost and her gain!

I was helped by a wonderful lady this morning around 7am. She helped me more than she knows. I will forever recommend Sesame over all other donuts. Thank you for being such a great person.

They have a couple of tables in there, but I don't think they expect people to stay. It's a tiny place & a little funky. Service is quick & ready, but light on the friendliness. Donuts are tasty, but i think you have to get there really early to get fresh ones. The earliest I've been there is 10am.
