My favorite burger in town, but very expensive. Price is my only criticism, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Chicken sandwich was good, but I did not like the sauce. It had a sharp slant I disliked. The fries were good. Too expensive, I know rents high.

Great food. Place is slightly overwhelmed during rush hours, like their short staffed but all working their butts off back there.

What a mess of ketchup. I ordered online and picked up inside. I asked for a ketchup and the server passed me a jar full of ketchup packets. I grabbed the two on the top and threw them in my bag.

Well, one of those 2 ketchup packets had a rip in it, so I got ketchup all over both of my hands and inside the bag on top of my fries. I have no idea how long that ketchup packet had been open, but it stunk of stale ketchup.

So, I had to ask for napkins to clean myself up, and then I also had to ask for another ketchup packet.

When I got home, I only ate the fries that didn't have random, stale ketchup on them.

The burger wasn't as good as other locations, a little too well done for my taste. The shake was awesome.

Parking was not easy at all, I felt bad for parking in front of a business across the street.

I'm still a Shake Shack customer, but I won't be coming back to this location.

This location has moved to using self order only. Drinks (16 oz) cost $3.49 and are not refillable. The food is good enough, but I just don't enjoy this method of service.

Waited an hour just to be told that my order isnt even in the system absolutely unvelivable when i complained the lady in the back who wears the head appriciated apron was rude when i complained and told me to wait 3 minuted or refund. this is the proof ordered at 6.54pm food arrived at 8pm the receipt is oily after they toom it to the back to finally make my order. its weird how i got the receipt when its *not* on their system. Will not be coming back

This will probably be the last time I eat at Shake Shack. We’ve given it a few tries in Washington, but we went again this time because my family from out of town wanted to go. The food always looks good, but the burgers just don’t taste as great as they look.

I ordered the French Onion Soup Burger because it looked amazing, but it was a big let-down. The patty itself had almost no flavor, and the only thing that made it somewhat edible was everything else piled on the burger. Out of the five of us, only one person actually enjoyed their meal.

For the prices they charge, there are plenty of other burger spots that taste better and feel worth it. After this visit, I’m done with Shake Shack.

Comfy & clean location. Fast & friendly service but the single burger was pretty small, almost like in a kids meal, but the flavors were pretty good! Fries wasn’t crispy, a bit soggy.
Lemonade was not important all!
Worth coming back if I’m in the area but won’t drive here on purpose!
