I absolutely love and adore the Starbucks staff at the kiosk in Washington square mall they are so friendly and upbeat in comparison to the staff that are in the store front at the Washington square mall in Starbucks. I love their coffee too. ;)

This review is for the Kiosk. I had a wonderful experience 9/9/19 with a Male barista around 2pm. I wasnt sure what to get and he made multiple suggestions and samples to ensure I was satisfied. Above and beyond customer service. He had a pleasant demeanor and a smile from start to finish. It's hard to find employees like this these days, Starbucks, hold on to this one before I poach him for my store!
Do not go!! They do not do tea refills at this location..

I always come here because I work at the mall. today I asked for grande pike, room for cream? yeah. she gave me LOT of room. asked her again to fill more coffee, she gave me THAT look, like I am asking for free coffee. Sorry I cannot handle that attitude in this morning. racist? might be? because Im not white? go home if you are not ready to work.
