There is no drive through. Drove here because googlemaps said there was a drive through. It’s a Starbucks inside the mall.

Yikes! Granted they are busy because of holiday shopper but severely understaffed. Received a cappuccinoThat was very watery, hardly any coffee taste. Wife got a peppermint mocha with no coffee at all. Threw both in the garbage. $10 plus.My guess is a management issue.And not properly trained staff.Won't go back to this one

I wanted to share an outstanding experience I had at the Starbucks kiosk in Washington Square, thanks to Jen. Despite only ordering coffee once, Jen not only remembered how I like it but also anticipated my need for water with it. Her attention to these small details truly made my day brighter. Kudos to Jen for the exceptional customer service and personal touch - it's people like her that make Starbucks feel like home!

I had a very disappointing experience with the coffee ahop. The quality was quite poor, and it seems like people are swayed by the brand rather than the taste. I believe that better-tasting coffee can be found at various gas stations.

Super great! Read the entire review please!I ordered online and I got a matcha latte with no ice and vanilla cold foam.So I come up, pick up my drink, grab a straw and enjoy my drink. I realize that there’s no cold foam. I’m not upset, I work in good service and I make mistakes sometimes, but I did pay for it it’s 1.25 for the foam. So I go up to the kiosk, and the baristas seem to be busy making drinks and already remaking some drinks. I didn’t want to bother them so I go up to the cash register and talk with the person there and explain the situation and just ask for a refund for the 1.25.They were so nice, the cashier and I’m guessing the manager said they can add the foam no problem. Which was so nice.Then the person who I think is the manager asked for the sticker on my cup, and they just remade my whole drink.It was so sweet, this was a great experience. Thank you guys ❤️

I had a fantastic experience at this particular location, mainly thanks to the exceptional employee, William, who was friendly and provided excellent service. However, it seems that this location is often understaffed, and the previous manager mentioned that employee hours were being cut due to cost-saving measures. This approach of not providing full-time hours and cutting corners is detrimental to both business and the overall reputation of Starbucks. Despite the excellent staff, wait times are already long, and I believe it's important to stop compromising on quality and show appreciation for the employees. Doing so would not only benefit the bottom line of this location but also improve the overall customer experience.

I went today sometime between 2-4pm. The cashier working there never asked me for my name and then on the cup wrote "Kim" which felt racist (because I am asian). Then when I asked whether it was my drink, the girl became super dismissive and refused to tell me if it was my drink. finally they just said to take the drink since no one was claiming it but it was sweet (I asked for plain iced coffee). When I told her it was not my drink because it was sweet, the girl said "all coffee has sugar in it" which is not true. Such a hassle and they were giving such a bad attitude! This is my first experience like this at a Starbucks!!
