Supper happy with my drink. I feel like I'm not a picky person but I expect my iced matcha latte to not be full of matcha powder chunks and a bunch of sediment on the bottom, also usually when I order one I get a inch of just foam and it annoys me bc that's a lot of lost space for milk. 7/10 times I order a matcha latte from Starbucks it comes out like that, so I stoped ordering them. This Starbucks like the other 3 I visit have great customer service. On more than one occasion I ordered from the wrong location and they fix my drink when I realize I messed up.. they all have great code.
