She helped us build a menu and guided us gracefully through the process. Great experience on a quick timeline. We paid for our catering on Sunday for a Tuesday party - so really appreciated them taking the last minute order. Guests enjoyed the food. We focused on finger foods and dips. Chicken rolls were the most popular, not as many fans of the baba ganoush as it was different than the Lebanese version many people have add. (The muttabal on their menu is what they recommended to me after giving this feedback.) All food was very fresh and flavorful. Hummus and cheese pies also super popular with our guests.
The food was delicious and there was something for everyone. We had a challenging crowd with vegan and gluten free people. Rim and I exchanged many emails and figured it all out. She made sure we had name tags with every dish and everything was above expectations! I highly recommend Zanjabiel.

We ended up creating a mostly vegan menu of Mujadarra, Pumpkin stew, and Fateh al betanjan, plus a roasted leg of lamb.Everything was delicious and all the guests were impressed. Would definitely recommend.
