“Super friendly staff. Fresh food prepared well. We were staying next door at the Blue Heron Cheese Factory. The deli and burger trailer had closed and that led us the nearby food truck Taqueria Mendez. So glad it did we will be regulars here. Recommend“

“Crazy torta is absolutely lethal, massive amount of food, absolutely loaded with all the options. I put it away in 3 minutes flat. Best torta iv ever had. Prices on the menu are significantly lower then actual prices, but still 100% worth the stop.“

“I ordered the steak fajitas today for lunch. hands down the best fajitas I've had in a long time. The meat melted in your mouth as it was tender and cooked to perfection. I also love the rice. I typically order the enchiladas which are just as good. the customer service is fantastic. I would rate them 5 stars. overall the prices with large portions are excellent“

“Giant burrito smothered with sauce (#6) is delicious. It was suggested and I will never stop thanking her for the idea. The shredded beef is delicious, every time, whatever they marinate it in is heaven, and the meat is so tender. THE best drive through food I've had in my life for sure.“
