“The Bistro is more than a fabulous restaurant from the wine selection to the main dish, desserts, and after dinner liqueur. The service we received from Trihn was amazing from beginning to end. The live acoustic Guitar performance by Wes who had played there for years was relaxing and perfect for the relaxing evening my friend Lisa and I needed the other night. But Jack the owner and creator of this wonderful Bistro ended our evening sharing with us both his life story and path that got him to where he is today, including sharing samples of amazing herbal after dinner liqueurs I have never heard of. We had the best time ever. Cannon beach is one of our favorite getaway destinations and the Bistro a restaurant that is in its own class of excellence that I hope everyone who goes to Cannon beach to getaway has the opportunity to experience. We feel blessed to have had the incredible evening we had.”

“Stopped in today to get a coffee. I got the Winter Solstice latte and a hot chocolate. The barista was so welcoming and kind, I didn’t catch their name unfortunately. The coffee was delicious. The vibes were immaculate and so cozy. The perfect balance of whimsical and radical and I am here for it. “Great stop on our way up the coast! We pulled into the parking lot to stop and look up a place to get caffeine and maybe a bite to eat. Well, we looked up at the storefront we happened to stop at and decided it was meant to be 😂 funny part is we didn't even end up getting caffeine because we were too busy being enamored with the food. Oh, that's not entirely true, I did buy the concentrated chai, and dang that stuff is good! I will say that the owner is so friendly he spent a while talking to the customer before us and to us as well, which did make the stop run a little longer than expected, but a) it was not very busy so maybe he shifts into high gear when it is and b) it was very pleasant conversing with him anyway, so I really didn't mind. Will definitely swing by again if I'm in the area!”

Bad day at work, feeling under the weather or blue, this place always picks my spirits up and leaves me happy and full. They also treat my daughter great. “Beers were great, staff friendly and wanted to chat beyond simply serving. Kid friendly which is a plus. We had the brisket tacos and the Reuben. Brisket tacos were very juicy and had far more brisket than I expected, great smoke flavor and the bark was incredible. Reuben had a good amount of meat, bread was tasty, fries were excellent. All around solid spot with chill vibes.”
