Literally been standing at the front counter of BK in Gresham on Stark for 10 MINUTES, without acknowledgement from ANY staff. Finally asked "is anyone working the front counter?" And the manager Robert said; "As you can tell I'm understaffed & we have a lot of people still waiting for their food." And walked off. We waited again for almost 5 min. before he took our order & he kept talking over us the whole time.
Play space or not, we (and our kids) will not be back to...read full review
