TL;DR We had a craving for chicken wings and tots and this place definitely hit the spot. If you're near Troutdale, you should go! (Went for the wings which were great, but the service made me give it 5 stars) Food - Secret Sesame Wings (4/5) - Sweet and lightly Spicy, pretty good. - Lemon Pepper Wings (5/5) Salty, spicy and sour, exactly what I was craving. And it was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. - Tots (Seasoned) Generous portion, well-seasoned. Service (5/5) - This was hands down the best service I've had at a food cart. The server offered a bag (for free, in this day and age), extra napkins, sauces (we got both), and did it all patiently and with a smile. Ambiance - It's a food cart area with indoor cafeteria seating.

Had high expectations but was not impressed. Had the wings with peanut sauce, they were dry, small, pretty weak. Sauce was good though. Also had the honey bourbon drunken sandwich and the chicken breast was sliced very thin, dry and way too much arugula. Hope it was an off day, but there is definitely better chicken joints than this.

I live out of town and this is my go-to place to visit when I'm in Troutdale with family. I order the Thai peanut chicken sandwich with a side of tots and it is amazing. It's the right amount of spicy and tangy. The service is also prompt and friendly. I'll keep going back.

The facility is brand new. All of the food carts are outdoors. The indoors is picnic tables on concrete. Ambience is not a consideration. It is exclusively about the food. I went to Kickin Chicken Wings PDX. I had a half & half order of their top two chicken wings styles. YOUR MILEAGE WILL VARY. Without question the very best wings that I have had since the 1990s ! Spicy ! Oh so spicy ! The messiest wings I have ever encountered ! I needed at least two napkins per wing. I'd need a thesaurus to come up with the right words to describe how delicious they were. I have a new mental standard by which all future chicken wings will be judged.The prices were fair, not a bargain, worth every penny. The service was incredible. The counter help had only three days on the job but knew exactly what to do and how to do it. They had a great sense of humor too. They saw my facial expression when asked if I wanted boneless wings. (Who knew such a thing existed ?!) [I don't get out often ?]Also on hand was the owner. She's come up with a super place to eat ! She and her worker were both out of this world friendly and helpful. Have I mentioned how incredibly great the chicken wings were ?The "missing" fifth star is because I went during a perfect Summer day. I can envision it being on t the verge of nightmarish during the Winter. I'd still go though !
