TL;DR We had a craving for chicken wings and tots and this place definitely hit the spot. If you're near Troutdale, you should go! I live out of town and this is my go-to place to visit when I'm in Troutdale with family. I order the Thai peanut chicken sandwich with a side of tots and it is amazing. It's the right amount of spicy and tangy. The service is also prompt and friendly. I'll keep going back.
The facility is brand new. All of the food carts are outdoors. The indoors is picnic tables on concrete. Ambience is not a consideration. It is exclusively about the food.
