Took orders of people who were sat well after us, when they were right next to us. Didn't come back for maybe 10-15 min before asking us if we wanted anything even though we had asked for menus. I ordered my steak rare plus and it came out medium well and tasting dirty like the grill hasn't been cleaned in quite some time. The potatoes also didnt taste right. Also our pasta wasn't cooked correctly either.

We would have said something but a server didnt come back by for probably another 10-20 min and we didnt want yo wait another 45 min for it to be re-cooked.

Went for to enjoy a nice birthday dinner. Service was horrible from the beginning. We sat in the bar at a booth, There was one other person at the bar and it took about 5 mins for someone to greet us once we sat down. We ordered a drink from a gentleman, then a few minutes later someone woman walked by and asked if we needed anything and we said we were waiting for our drinks. We waiting a few more minutes and the first guy server/bartender brought us our drinks. Never asked if we wanted to order food. A few minutes later the girl stops and asked if we need anything and we mentioned we wanted food. We tried to order but she kept talking over us and wouldn't let us finish our order.
We ordered fish and chips with Cajun tots(usually my favorite!!) we got 2 glorified fish sticks and French fries for $31. The kitchen quickly brought us tots, they were undercooked and barely seasoned. We both asked for ranch and were given a 1 ounce cup of ranch to share. We had to ask twice for more ranch and each time received the same 1 ounce cup.
We also ordered the Shrimp artichoke dip for $21. The bread was soft, barely toasted and the dip was flavorless. We didn't even finish it.
I was excited about my blackberry lemonade that barely tasted like water and once I asked twice for a straw(their straws are HORRIBLE) I was able to mix the flavoring in the drink and it was better.
The woman server walked by multiple times and looked at us, but never spoke to us. Never asked how our food was, never asked if we needed anything. I asked for more water (it was 100 degrees outside and barely any air conditioning in the bar) and she brought back something that was carbonated. She never offered to clear the empty plates off our table, zero interactions!

We got up and left, said we would be right back, told them they could clear our table we were going outside and would like to get dessert. When we came back, our table had not been cleared. We looked at the dessert menu and for the high prices, lack of service and underwhelming dinner, we decided against dessert.

This was a horrible example of McMenamins. I expect more from them and for their prices! I won't be back.

We went to McMenamins today for lunch. We ordered two burgers. We asked for the temperature of the patty to be well done. After thirty plus minutes, we finally got our meal. The patties were medium cooked, they tasted not fresh but frozen, like Sysco patties. The buns were dry and of bad quality. The French fries were so salted that I couldn’t eat them. We paid $50 for two burgers. They were not worth that price. We were never asked how everything was going, which I can understand as the food was really bad. !!! So disappointed ! Mc Menamins used to taste so good !

They were highly responsive regarding food sensitivity and the farm to table food is excellent.

Always a pleasure to come to Edgefield. And our go to is Black Rabbit. The food is always great and the atmosphere is wonderful. The dining staff is always full of energy. The eggs Benedict is nice, not the best I’ve had but still good. The croissants are really good and the beer is lovely. Although a beer at the power station outside is really nice. Don’t forget to play pool downstairs, too.

The ambiance is awesome but the chicken fried steak and the Mt. Hood scramble were meh... I guess that is what we get for going to a brewery for breakfast.

The atmosphere was relaxing, beautiful, peaceful, warm, and low lighting. Took my husband on a date. My husband said the atmosphere was tranquil. We had excellent service. Our server brought us water and asked if we were ready to order, came back after a few minutes. Our server even talked about the dishes, and talked to us in general. He was a delight. My husband ordered the steak and I ordered the steelhead dinner. However, I was very torn on getting the burger. I decided the steelhead and it did not disappoint. Our dishes were absolutely perfect. There were no leftovers. For dessert we got the ice cream. We liked the berry one for sure the mint one wasn't too bad. I'd definitely get both again. We definitely enjoyed our night out and can't wait to go back.

We had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were visiting from Washington to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and the atmosphere made it even more special. Although the website says they close at 10 PM on Fridays, they stayed open nearly until midnight, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

The service was slow, the waitress did not bring our drinks on time. Our food arrived before our drinks did as we had to remind her about our drinks. When she brought the soup, we asked about the bread that came with it as it was missing. Granted not her fault, but when she came back with the bread, she used her fingers to move the bread from the plate she was holding to our plate...disgusting. Food was okay. My dish was burnt but edible. We were sitting next to a large group so the noise level was terribly loud but not the restaurants fault. The best thing about this trip unfortunately, was the ambience. It is sad cause I usually love this place but the service this time was horrendous and the food subpar.

Saw a movie at the Powerstation july 3rd 3:30 movie. During the movie came out to place an order Jess was unkind and impatient. I simply said watching the movie can you expedite the drinks she was rude and sarcastic. Not the kind of person that should be in customer service. I felt like I interrupted her she made me feel unimportant. Maybe she was busy. But not how you treat a customer dispite you situation.

First time there, our waiter, Kevin, based of my taste, recommended a house IPA. We had ceasar salad and orange chicken. It was all Fantastic! Great food & service. We'll be back
