The ambiance is amazing! This tiny shed had a crackling fire and cozy vibes. I enjoyed a seasonal cherry cocktail. It was reasonably priced and well balanced. Service was good and quick. You can also take your drinks to go and sit by the fire pits outside which I didn't get a chance to do. This place is small! So I was glad to get a seat on the enclosed patio. This was my second trip to the Edgefield and it did not disappoint. The building evokes a feeling of nostalgia for a time gone by. Cozy nooks for reading or visiting, great little “pubs” for a libation, a fun gift shop, and excellent restaurants. We were a group of 3 couples, and sharing “room tours” was a highlight. Super great little spot. It's a cozy atmosphere and worth hanging out for a long time. I wish you could still smoke a cigar in here, it's a spot that would have been magical to smoke in. Bring a jacket, it's warm but not toasty.
