I love this place!

I am by no means a Vegan. In fact if there is an afterlife I am sure I will have many many furry faces waiting for me for my crimes of rampant meat consumption. So setting that as the starting off point I eat the vegan bowl here like two or three times a week. This girl is an absolute wok goddess. I have no idea how she manages to cook every single piece of vegetables in her stir frys without ever making a single piece go limp. I have a deep and abiding childhood hatred of cauliflower. It is marrow deep to the point of irrational dislike on my end. Yet when that vile weed appears at random in her stir fry I am not only okay with it, but thoroughly enjoy the dish. Even her rice is several steps ahead of the competition. The curried Garbonzo beans are simply perfect. The fresh diced cucumber and carrot makes the perfect crunchy contrast with the amazing rice and curried legumes. The fresh lime juice makes her dishes flirt with sweetness while still being savory. If your tired of the same old boring grease soaked fries and cheese slathered mediocre slabs of low grade meat check out this cart. The flavors are both well seasoned yet not over powering. She has a chefs touch to be sure. Plus my heart I am sure prefers the fare far more than another artery clogging mass of American failure cuisine.

This is my first time at the cart but won’t be my last. I got the chicken momos and they were great! You get a lot of food, with 2 sauces and a pallet cleaner pickled veg. I’ll be back to try the noodles next! This cart is located at heist, so lots of covered outdoor seating with a bar.

If you want “savory” food from the Himalayas, this the place. I would start and finish with their coconut soup, with chicken or shrimp, fantastic, simple dish but flavorfull. The owner is passionate and humble when it comes to her delusions cuisine!

Benu is a master! From the way she crumbles the ice into your iced chai so it doesn’t ever taste watered down to the high quality ingredients she gets the best tastes out of and the spices you thought you knew woven into flavors you didn’t know were possible! You will be satiated and find yourself craving her cooking as I do! So be prepared to visit regularly once you’ve been hooked! So. Good.

I got to try Binu's food today. I had the half-n-half momo dumplings (half veggie, half chicken). They were the best, and unmistakably homemade, dumplings that I've ever had. She even offered to sear them a little for me, which I love, even if it increased the cook time a bit. The flavors of both were fantastic, and the portion was generous enough (I was concerned that I'd need rice, but it was enough). I may have preferred the chicken just a little bit. They come with chili oil (delish!), tropical veggie slaw (citrusy and really delish!), and the momo sauce (good, but could have been a little more savory--not quite at the level of the dumplings). Binu was very friendly and clearly cares a lot about her business, which will surely endure!

Should have posted this a long time ago. Originally ordered from here when she was located in gresham food has always been amazing with my favorite being the vegetarian chow mein. Now that she’s located out in Woodstock I’m not able to go as much as I wish so whenever I’m in the area I’ll be sure to stop by

This carts food is so fresh and yummy! The cart owner, she makes everything from scratch! Hand makes her roti and soaks the chick peas! The roti wrap is my favorite. Amazing flavors in all her dishes. Also her chai tea taste just like chia in the Himalayas. This is real and traditional Nepalese food. 10/10!

Amazing service and an absolutely crazy good Chow Mein. Got to be one of the best in town. It's so flavorful. Be sure to get it spicy!Great spot at the Heist, too. Order your food and simply turn around to grab a beer while you wait.

Just tried to visit for lunch and she's gone. Did she move? Did she go out of business? I'm so sad that I won't get my chicken choila fix!
