Stopped by today for the first time and ordered the prawns, katsu, kahlua pork kids meal, and mac salad and rice for sides. Each bite of each dish was so delicious! The kahlua pork is a MUST TRY and was so tender and flavorful. On top of that, the man running the food truck was so friendly. He went out of his way to offer my husband and I samples of the pork and then even stopped by our table to bring my husband prawns so he could try them too. Island Style Grill is a bomb af Hawaiian food cart in The Yards at Montavilla. Easily one of my favorites in the pod with their occasional special Kauai smoked meat, but everything on the menu is fire. The mac salad is spot on.
