Great little spot for grabbing a drink!

Great bartender. Delicious Manhattan, and hands down best shed I've ever had a cocktail in ?. Ohh, and loved that you can buy a full cup of shelled nuts to drop on ground as you eat them for $1.

Beth was super sweet and even came out to check to make sure that the fire had enough logs. Give Beth a great tip she deserves one.

Super great little spot. It's a cozy atmosphere and worth hanging out for a long time. I wish you could still smoke a cigar in here, it's a spot that would have been magical to smoke in. Bring a jacket, it's warm but not toasty.

This was my second trip to the Edgefield and it did not disappoint. The building evokes a feeling of nostalgia for a time gone by. Cozy nooks for reading or visiting, great little “pubs” for a libation, a fun gift shop, and excellent restaurants. We were a group of 3 couples, and sharing “room tours” was a highlight. Watch for surprises hidden in the fabulous artwork. The grounds are gorgeous and a soak in the hot pool is a must. I appreciated the lack of TV’s in the rooms.

The bartender at the golf course is horrible. We waited for 10 minutes in line to check in for our tee time. When we finally got to the front of the line, she said we were too late and could not play golf. We would have made it had she not been so slow (which caused the long line). We drove all the way there just to play golf. Thanks for ruining our birthday outing.

I was under the impression this facility would be handicap accessible. I am disabled and my back sometimes locks up if I walk too much. This issue with my back leaves me unable to walk. I was having a bad back day and asked the front desk if they had a wheelchair and they said no. So I was forced to walk so far to the location of the wedding rehearsal that I couldn't participate in the rehearsal because of how much pain I was in. Kimberly, the employee who was assigned to the wedding, grabbed a chair immediately and was super accommodating. She informed me that there is an ADA golf cart to assist people getting around the large property. She mentioned it's usually only available during the evening, which is ridiculous because disabled people are disabled 24/7. My husband and I realized that he could also drive right up to where I needed to be. The person I dealt with at the front desk was completely incompetent. The venue and staff I dealt with were not accommodating to my disability in the least. The wedding coordinator, who was a friend of the bride, was more accommodating than this establishment.

I met my family here as a starting point for our reunion. We had lunch at the Loading Dock Grill. No line. Service was good and so was the food. If we had more time, we would have definitely stayed longer. Lots to see and do.

Great dinner and drinks at the black rabbit and breakfast the next day. Enjoyed walking the grounds. This is a very unique venue that I would love to visit again, but next time I'll get a room and catch a concert.

You want a cool experience? This is the place! You have happening bars, winery, distillery, pool hall and niche spaces for every taste. Great food, service and really helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are unique. No phone or TV but really that not why you come here. The artwork is very Oregon. If you are really lucky there is live concerts and music on weekends. Don’t forget to visit the soaking tub! Within easy reach of Portland, Portland airport and area sightseeing.

This was our second stay at McMenamins Edgefield and we hope to go again. It is so unique and we love the brothers' mission of saving and reviving vintage buildings. We changed our whole trip plan in order to take advantage of the only nights available at the inn in 2017. The STORY of the inn is so powerful, and plays out in the murals in the hallways and in the rooms. We have lounged for hours in the beautiful river pool, sampled the wines, beers, and whisky, strolled in the gardens, and enjoyed the food. Do not miss McMenamins if you are in Portland!

This is my happy place! We are McMenamin Tripsters & have truly enjoyed the journey of completing our passport. Our son got married at Edgefield above the Power Station last year & the food & staff were amazing! The whole property has something for everyone!
