Tita's Kitchen at Troutdale Station offers flavorful Peruvian cuisine that stands out from other food carts. The Lomo Saltado sandwich, available in mild or spicy, is highly recommended and captures the essence of the original dish, even without the fries and rice. The chicken burrito remains a popular choice among customers, and the yucca fries are a hit. The Chicharrón sandwich with slow-cooked pork, sweet potatoes, criolla sauce, and fresh bread is a favorite for many, with some saying they could eat it every day. Service is consistently fast and friendly, enhancing the dining experience. Known as one of the top food carts at Troutdale Station, Tita's Kitchen continues to impress with well-seasoned, delicious dishes enjoyed by many.

Tita’s Kitchen is hands-down one of my favorite food trucks! If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re seriously missing out.

My go-to is The Chicharrón sandwich. Slow-cooked pork, sweet potatoes (trust me, it works), a killer Peruvian sauce, criolla sauce, and the freshest bread!

I could eat this every day and never get tired of it. If you haven’t been, GO. You’ll thank me later!

Omg so good! We got the lomo sandwiches and agreed it was the best sandwich either of us had eaten in a looong time. The flavor was so satisfying and delicious. The bread was also a surprisingly perfect choice, grilled to perfection. We were so happy!
