I love the food here but whenever I order online I either still have to wait 10-15 mins for my food or my order doesn't even come through the system. I have been here multiple times when this has happened and at this point I have gave up and took my service elsewhere. My family is Peruvian so finding a place local made me excited but with the service it makes me not want to come back when it's happened 3 or more times.

I ordered the vegetarian plate. I am giving a lower review because the Fried Yucca was hard and tasted like it was microwaved. It was very greasy. The rice was bottom of the barrel because there were burnt clumps. The rice that wasn’t bottom barrel was decent, but too firm for me. The best thing about the plate were the plantains. They were really good and caramelized. I would like to see the veggie plate actually have more fresh veggies and not fried food. Even a salad in place of the Fried Yucca would have been better. There was too much oil used.Vegetarian options: Need more options that aren’t fried. More fresh veggies.Parking: Can be a little crowded at rush times but I always find a spot.

Let's just say it was a culinary adventure that left me somewhere between amused and puzzled. I bravely ordered the "LOMO SALTADO," a quintessential Peruvian delight. But surprise, it came with yellow rice instead of the traditional white! For those not familiar with Peruvian cuisine, that's a quirky twist.As I dug into this fusion creation, it hit me like a llama's sneeze - there wasn't a Peruvian chef in sight! No hard feelings, but it seems this place is all about fusion rather than authentic Peruvian goodness. Hey, they should totally rebrand as a Peruvian/Fusion food cart! Who knows, it might become the next craze!So, if you're up for a quirky, not-quite-Peruvian-but-still-interesting experience, give "Titan's Kitchen" a go. On a scale of one to five, I'd sprinkle it with a modest 3/5 seasoning!
