I happened upon a restaurant that serves authentic Chinese cuisine, including dishes like Mongolian beef, barbecue fried rice, house chow mein, and walnut shrimp, which sounded quite appealing. The staff were very welcoming, and the prices seemed reasonable, with plates ranging from $14 to $15. April, in particular, was very friendly. My children especially enjoyed the noodles, and we all appreciated the fresh food and generous portions, which left us with leftovers to enjoy later.

Pretty good food cart with central high ceiling hall in center.

Most of the standard food carts for these sort of places. Haven't yet found the standout.

As a visitor from another state, I would love to see one of these where I live! The variety of food is amazing. The eating space is open and well-furnished, with the roll-up doors open in good weather. Everyone was helpful, and having beverage and dessert service on the inside makes it easy to get what you want across many menus. The vendors all give people buzzers to notify them when their food is ready, very convenient. Parking was nearly full today, but I would say it's ample. The food I got was so delicious, and I had to take half of the generous portion home. Another thing I enjoyed was the diversity of the clientele, with people from so many cultures together in one place. Amazing!

Took my nephew as he's never had street or birria tacos. Great food, fast service, nice outside seating, and great selection of drinks. Non-alcoholic and great ciders and beer selection. We were there on a Tuesday. The weekends are super busy. We definitely will go back.
