1st time visiting any Buffalo Wild Wings. The food was pretty good but I had the most amazing service. Our server Lisa might have been the best waitress we've ever had. We will be back just for her great customer service.
Went two days in a row (love the franchise, and we was staying in a motel close by, from Alabama) first day (Friday evening) place was slow, yet so was the service. We sat at the bar and the bartender was quick with the drinks, but FOREVER to place an order. When we did order and received our food, it tasted like cardboard. Disappointed, but understand sometimes things happen. I’ve worked restaurants half my life.

This location is amazing! We have noticed a new staff as they are having trouble hiring people due to the current situation. However, they are all working their tails off!!!!! Tip your waiters and waitresses more!!! The Manager on duty tonight was on top of his game and his team was following him and they were short staffed and still did a great job!!!!!
