Kah-nee-ta is an amazing place to visit. River floats, private riverfront cabanas, horseback riding, trails, teepee camping, and story telling by Delson are all can't miss attractions. So much wisdom to be shared. This is my 3rd visit and we will be returning in the future.
Very different experience than when I was younger. Lots of renovations. The lazy river is a nice addition but I miss the water slide. Super friendly and helpful staff. One price gets you all day of swimming. Restraunt next to pool has drinks, there are private soaking tubs to rent and a polar plunge.
The stay in the teepee was great! The pools were also awesome. The only minor dislikes were the restaurant was mid (eat at the wellness food cart for sure) and the music at the pool was pretty loud. That said, I love the morning pool exercise class and I HIGHLY recommend finishing your stay with the hair spa treatment. In fact, my whole group enjoyed the various spa services.
