Great place for ramen. They have really good fried rice too. Staff is always super friendly. Highly recommend.

NOTE: Fujiya has changed its name to Kirin Ramen and the menu has changed. It's now the old takeout menu. The rice dishes are gone except for fried rice. Look in photos for the black paper brochure-menu.

Damn good ramen! Amazing fresh fruit boba smoothies! They actually used real strawberries and also hand make their noodles. You can taste the difference! The customer service is on par too.

We spent a year in Sapporo, the capital of miso ramen and Fujiya's ramen got us making comparisons. The noodles we perfect and the broth was fatty, in the best way possible. Very nice meal.

I have driven by several times and just never made the effort to stop. So today I decided to make the pup wait in the car before going to Mary S to play. Ordered the Miso Ramen without egg and scallion and Vegetable Gyoza. The Gyoza came our first and were fried perfectly and the Ramen had egg and before the waitress could put the bowl down she was called back into the kitchen and my order was remade without me having to say anything. The noodles are fresh and the broth flavorful yet not over powering. Not sure if I would Grubhub since this is a meal worth dining in for. Looking forward to trying the entire menu.

Not sure if it's new management or whatever but there are balloons and the bathroom looks to be remodeled but same people work here. New menu, I loved the old menu but they have a bunch of Kirin style foods which I'm not sure what that is exactly. We usually come once to twice a month and had seen them practicing doing pulled noodles but it wasn't on the menu yet. I believe it is now on the menu, possibly as the Kirin style foods. *Update: so they did have a change of management. The new name will Kirin Ramen. They have another location in Wilsonville that they say has a long wait. The ramen and Kirin noodles are so much better than what they were before the change. So much more flavor now! All the noodles can be requested to be hand pulled, which I definitely recommend, it's so much more tasty now! Staff is still super friendly and the whole atmosphere is nice a homey. There isn't as much on the menu now but what they have really has a punch! They use to have a changing table in the restroom but they have since taken it out. Definitely recommend this place.

I tried the garlic tonkotsu ramen and it was good but not great. I found it to be very salty, the broth was of course salty but the egg and bamboo shoots were also really salty (not sure it they were seasoned that way or if the broth made them that way). I recently went to Vancouver BC which has a lot of amazing ramen places and none of those had ramen this salty and had richer broth than Fujiya. I also didn't like that the yolks in the egg were cold, seems like they prep them beforehand, refrigerate them, and then don't take the time to warm them before serving. The texture of runny, cold yolk was off putting. I'll come back and try the miso ramen to see how that broth is but if that broth is subpar as well then there aren't enough other items for me to come back.

Pretty good ramen, generous portions. The squid was overcooked in my Kaiser bowl, service was great and bathrooms are clean

Favorite local ramen joint. Nice authentic broth with home made noodles. My fav menu item so far is their spicy miso ramen, a bit in the salty side which is just how I like it. Egg was cooked perfectly, charsiu decent. Will have to try some of the other broths soon.

All the food we had here was amazing. I had the rice beef bowl which was cooked perfectly. The pork bon bon was very good as well the buns were soft like pillows. The restaurant is very clean and you can tell they care about their customers. The bathrooms are clean as well. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Had spicy pork miso ramen. It was awesome. There was a lot of it. The pork was old and gray and the worst part of it. But damn that was good ramen. I also had chicken wing appetizer, they were tasty too. But I don't know how they will stay in business. They never seem busy and they had like 8 people working. I was the only person in there for nearly an hour. It was also a bit pricy for (effectively) soup. I do want to go back.

So glad I stopped in here for take-out lunch. It's so nice inside, I wish I could have stayed for a proper sit-down meal. Brought my meal home and enjoyed a bowl of perfect noodles in a tasty broth with vegetables and tender slightly crispy gyoza. Can't wait to go back!
