Delicious food and great service. The fish is so fresh it literally melts in your mouth.
Our family frequent here. Generous portions and high value especially on noodle and rice dishes. Impeccable flavors and textures in sushi dishes. Personal favorite is Taiwan brisket noodle soup, very soft meat!
BEST SUSHI I’VE HAD IN AGES!!!!!!!! A+++ for flavor creativity/deliciousness, balanced, fresh; mind-blowingly good!!!!! Don’t sleep on Soku. New favorite spot. Ruined all other sushi in the Portland area with how incredible this place is- not kidding. You have to try the Green Life Roll and Firecracker Roll- YUM.
