Ordered an XL and a L pizza to go… on a slow night… with practically no foot traffic… when their website was down. The order was (seemingly) made but nowhere to be found when I showed up to get it. The order was re-created (except the XL could no longer be made) and we accepted an additional 30 minute wait, during which a few placative apologies were made and 10% off our next order was given, which (boldly) assumes another order.Round Table used to be so good…Update 2...read full review

This is no reflection of the employees as they were trying their best. The pizza is awesome and the employees work their tails off. I had ordered a pizza for delivery and it was 45 minutes late. They are so short staffed they outsource delivery to door dash. I received no delivery updates, and no one picked up the phone after several tried. The young lady working in this restaurant right now is the only employee working at this moment...Sorry I didn't get her name as I didn't want to occupy her valuable time, but many props to this hard working individual! Round Table, what the hell?!
