I know it is a NPS cafe and the food is meant to be simple but when I pay $17.50 for a chicken sandwich and a soft drink it would be nice if the chicken on the sandwich was larger than a chicken tender.
The gifts are actually different from the lodge and stuff. Didn't try the food but it smelled and looked good. More basic food than the lodge and gift store snacks. All around good for lunch and
Stopped after a long day of sightseeing. Picked up souvenirs in the gift shop; the music was very loud! Ordered pizza, which was tasty. You get your own drinks at the fountain, which was not fun because I was so tired from hiking around. Amused at the sign out front that indicated the Pacific Coast Trail Hike was rated "moderate".
