First beer took awhile. Apparently there were a lot of employee call ins. This parlayed into a long wait to cash out. Didn't get any food so can't comment there.Not my best BWW experience

No stars!! Food took over 1 hour today, half of the menu was not avaible, order got messed up and extra wet wings were dry. Not one time we were asked for refill or if we need anything else.

Walked into this restaurant with a large party. Were seated pretty quickly. Waited for the waiter for about 15 min. Received our drinks. Sat and waited for the waiter to take our order about 20 min. After he took our order 2 of our party got their order pretty quickly. The rest of our party waited at least a half hour for their food after I spoke to the manager. It was delivered by a very rude waitress and 2 of the orders were wrong. One of our party continued to wait another half hour. Finally we went to the manager again and she rudely said it would be right out. This one person in our party waited 1 hour for his food and then finally received it by the manager. I requested we be compted at least 20% off all our meals for what we had to go through to get them. She walked off in a huff and said she would. She proceeded to inform us we would have to pay the 20% off the entire check that it could not be split into separate checks. This was not acceptable. We proceeded to get the corporate phone number to make a formal complaint. The managers were rude, not apologetic at all. The tall manager that was gay refused to see anything wrong with the situation. We waited 2 hours for our completed orders did not receive all our food, received the wrong food and were treated horrible. We will not go back ever. The managers were less than accommodating and should be fired. Their excuse was they were busy. Well buck up, that is no excuse. The waiters were not trained, the place was dirty and unorganized. Service nonexistent. Do not ever recommend.

I got a nice sized burger and enjoyed a redbull the pickle weren't my favorite I like Valasic (I think you spell it that way idk) but other than that everything was good though they put the pickles on the bottom of the burger so my bun got soggyParking: Plenty of spots right in front of the building
Get food sometimes get service depending on the wait staff whoever is working and if they want to acknowledge you. We went to bar area and she was working by herself in the area but lots of workers walking around having a social gathering with each other
